November 2026 Participant Agreement
Provider and Program
Faithfully Fit Foundations is provided by Faithfully Fit Collective LLC.
The program runs November 1–28, 2026. The founding member price is a one-time payment of $57, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Enrollment does not create a recurring subscription.
Participant Eligibility and Family Activities
Enrollment in Faithfully Fit Foundations is limited to adults age 18 and older.
Family wellness challenges are optional activities that enrolled adults may share with their families. Children are not enrolled participants and do not receive separate accounts or community access. Parents or guardians are responsible for selecting age-appropriate activities and supervising children who participate.
What Is Included
This four-week faith and wellness experience includes:
• Daily devotionals and Scripture memory
• Three 20–30-minute strength workouts each week, with beginner modifications
• General nourishment guidance
• Weekly planning resources
• Family wellness challenges
• Goal-setting and reflection resources
• A practical plan for the following 30 days
• Community encouragement and discussion through Heartbeat
Individual assessments, private coaching, and individualized medical or nutrition treatment are not included. Weekly live calls are not included in the promised program unless separately confirmed in writing.
Delivery and Access
Program materials and community access are provided through Heartbeat. Participants need a compatible device, internet access, and a Heartbeat account.
Weekly program content begins November 1. Access to program materials and the Heartbeat community ends December 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Ongoing access is not included.
Resources expressly offered for download may be retained for personal use. Please contact rachel@faithfullyfitco.com if you do not receive access instructions or experience access problems.
Refunds and Cancellation
You may request a full refund through November 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time by emailing rachel@faithfullyfitco.com. Include the name and email address used to enroll.
After that deadline, purchases are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Not participating or completing the program does not extend the refund deadline.
If Faithfully Fit Collective cancels the program before it begins, you will receive a full refund. If we discontinue it after it begins, we will refund the undelivered portion, or more where required by law.
Following a full refund, program and community access will end, and permission to use paid program materials will end.
Educational Scope and Exercise Risks
Foundations provides general fitness and wellness education. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medical nutrition therapy, or individualized healthcare. Rachel’s nursing credentials do not create a nurse-patient relationship through this program.
Exercise involves risks, including muscle soreness, falls, strains, and potentially serious injury or death. Written and/or recorded instruction cannot provide real-time supervision or assess your individual condition.
Choose an appropriate exercise level, use equipment safely, and maintain a clear workout area. Seek healthcare guidance about participation when appropriate, including if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or concerns about exercising. Stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.
This agreement includes an acknowledgment of exercise risks, an assumption of those risks, and a release of certain liability claims to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Community Expectations
Treat other participants respectfully. Do not share another participant’s posts, personal information, photographs, or screenshots outside the community without permission.
A private community cannot guarantee confidentiality. Share only information you are comfortable providing to other members.
Harassment, unauthorized promotion, or sharing paid materials may result in restricted access. Any termination and related refund will be handled consistently with applicable law.
Personal Use and Participant Content
Enrollment is for one participant. Do not share login credentials, redistribute program materials, or use them to teach or sell another program.
You retain ownership of your contributions. We will not use your name, photograph, testimonial, or identifiable community content for marketing without separate permission.
Results and Consumer Rights
Results vary, and no particular physical, wellness, or spiritual outcome is guaranteed.
Nothing in this agreement limits cancellation rights, refund rights, or other protections that apply under law.
